Official Recruitment Speech
1.) So I hear you are interested in CONVICTION. Well im here to guide you into how to get into the clan. I will be asking you a few questions and then give a description of the clan. OK?
*If answer is yes, proceed.
2.) How old are you?
*If answer is above 14, proceed. Otherwise ask Captain or Commander.
3.) Have you ever been in a CONCVICTION clan before?
*If answer is no, proceed. Otherwise ask Captain.
4.) In CONVICTION , we use our clan tag, motto, and bio to identiry the division we are in, the date we joined, and our last promotion. This is our "uniform" and you are to keep these parts unchanged at all times. Are you ok with that?
*If answer is yes, proceed.
5.) Do you have a computer you can access fairly often?
*If answer is yes, proceed. Otherwise ask Captain.
6.) I only ask that question because in CONVICTION, it is important for members to get on the forums/website and begin to learn their ranks, rule, and the recruiting speech as I am giving right now.
7.) IMOD CONVICTION. We are a gaming community that is only on XBOX 360. We have expanded into COD4, COD: WaW, and MW2. We try to maintain a professional attitude and look while treating others nicely and having fun! We want members that are here for the long run, not just for this week.
8.) We have a code of conduct which are set rules every member must follow no matter what "CONVICTION game" they play. You may look up our full code of conduct online, but here are just some highlight points.

-No "CONVICTION" gamertag until 3 months as sgt or reach the rank of master chief
-No Joining-in Progress **MW2 & COD4 only
9.) Do you understand these rules and feel that you can abide by them?

10.) In CONVICTION we have a military-style ranking structure in which we follow.

11.) In CONVICTION we have meetings to discuss anything that is going on or any events coming up. We hold them once a week. The days and times are:
Wednesday at 7pm est. We also have a website we ask you to get on and sign up on.
12.) Would you still like to join CONVICTION?

SETTING UP THE NEW RECRUIT **MW2
-Change your clantag to [iMcR]
... *Remeber to NEVER changer your clan tag!*
-Change your motto to iMoD iNsTiNcTs-RCT
-Change your bio to "Recruited on (insert date here) by (insert your name)
-Add iMoD cOnVicTiOnoNt to your friends list
13.) IMOD CONVICTION is a gamertag that is our clan list. Everyone who is in the branch is on that friend list. NEVER remove this gamertag. This gamertag is NOT an actual person.
**Then YOU send out a message to everyone on your friends list saying this: "I recruited (person recuited), so lets get him/her into our parties and lets show him/her how we do!"
**Finally, double check to make sure that he/she added the CONVICTION to their friends list.
